Founding engineering team. Architected the core engine for the fully managed AWS service automating assessment, transformation, and execution of mainframe workloads (COBOL, PL/I, RPG) onto cloud-native environments for Fortune 500 financial and core-banking systems.

Avnet Platform Migration: Dynamics CRM → Salesforce

Dec 2018 – Jun 2019

Led metadata and business data migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Salesforce — ensuring integrity and consistency — plus cross-org data synchronization between multiple Salesforce instances.

Functional enhancements to enterprise Dynamics CRM; designed the Europe-region Dynamics CRM ↔ SAP integration; built automation tooling for data migration and SSRS reporting for operational analytics.
